Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia wide and the majority of products sold on our website are available for dispatch within 1-2 business days. You can also order online and pick up in-store, just refer to our Click & Collect for more details.

General

  • We utilise Australia Post, Couriers Please & Fastway as our preferred delivery partners.
  • You can order online and pick up in-store.
  • Please note that during public holidays & busy periods throughout the year (such as Christmas, Black Friday etc.) there may be delays with goods being delivered.

Expected shipping times

  • The delivery of your item depends on several factors such as location, time of year and weather conditions.

Out of stock items

  • While our stock levels are mostly accurate, in the event we might not have stock of a particular item you’ve ordered; we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • You are welcome to give us a call on (02) 9724 6191 or email us first to confirm stock levels before placing your order.

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers.
  • We do not ship outside of Australia.
  • Large items (such as full sized cots, chest drawers, tallboys, toy boxes etc.) are available for delivery within Sydney Metro area only.
