Please choose carefully as Babycare Nursery will not refund for changes of mind or for incorrect purchases.

All of our goods may be exchanged for a credit note within 7 days of purchase provided the item’s original packaging has not been opened or removed.

Most of our products carry a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. Wear and tear or misuse of goods is not covered under warranty. Warranty is not transferable beyond the original purchaser.

All freight costs incurred for returned goods are at the purchaser’s own expense.

All freight costs are non-refundable.

Your tax-invoice is required to be presented as a proof of purchase.

Free postage to Sydney Metro areas for all products (order over $30)

For other states, prices for postage are as followed:

Vic Metro, Qld Metro = $16 such as Car Seat, Pram, Stroller, Playpen etc.

SA Metro = $19 such as Car Seat, Pram, Stroller, Playpen etc.

For postcodes outside of these areas, please email us for a quote.

Once your order has been processed, Babycare Nursery will dispatch your goods to your delivery address within 2-5 working days to Sydney Metro areas if stock is available. If stock is unavailable at the time, an email will be sent to the given email address notifying that this is the case.

Please note that our couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Timber furniture orders may be delayed for up to four (4) weeks. If this is the case, Babycare Nursery will notify you via your given email address/contact details.

Pre-assembled furniture such as chest drawers and tallboys are available to Sydney Metropolitan areas only.

Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address. Babycare Nursery not be held responsible for lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient address/es.
